These are done via zoom (access required) and booking for 30 minutes.  They are open to all practice levels.  Booking your group or individually (up to 10 people) is on a first come first serve basis and offer a unique collaborative experience with Ramona.  Payment is by Venmo ONLY and email is required along with access to Zoom.  Please email [email protected] or message via Facebook with any interests.

This is a great way to learn to meditate and catch the healing waves of Ramona.  Many find it is easy to follow and brief enough to keep there interest.  Please note that participation in this meditation will require one to sit quietly for 25 or 40 mins.

How it Works!  Meditation practice instruction will  have two stages.

  • First: Breath practice exercise (Live with Ramona)
  • Second:  Pre-recorded practice – consisting of guided with visual cues & musical practice accompanied by verbal affirmations.

What you should do?   RELAX and be open to the experience! Enjoy just listening and trying something new or new to you!  You are not required to keep your video on.

TECH TIPS to Follow.  In order to maintain the integrity of the meditation Ramona asks that you mute your audio during the guided meditation (so we do not hear others background noise) and if needed turn off the your video during the pre- recorded or guided  meditation.  This way you can fully enjoy the benefits of the meditations (without the distraction of peaking) LOL.

RAMONA’S SERIES OF MEDITATION PRACTICES

Are designed to assist you in shifting focus while in practiced breathing from a combination of guided instruction of visual cues/music practice and the promotion of a deeper relaxation through acknowledging positive affirmations.   When one can master following breath and relaxing deeply for a period of time (guided or otherwise) then the internal energy of meditation becomes awakened and strengthen.   Our SHOP offers downloadable meditation media and music.  It is a great way to expand your experience as well as practice time.

Why Meditate?

It is generally accepted that meditative states promote deeper relaxation which positively affects the body and can stabilize systems within the body.  Meditation offers a sustainable method for self-regulating the mental chatter which can promote changes to some heighten emotional/neurological response systems.  Meditation can also promote the essence of our interconnectivity to all things which some theories promote as a spiritual practice or state of mindfulness.

The goal is to build a practice of meditation that you can use everyday.”   ERP
