On very rare occasions, RamonasResources.com may have to cancel a scheduled service. If a service provided through RamonasResources.com has been  scheduled and is then cancelled by us, the following is the procedure:  A full refund of the service cost will be issued for services booked but cancelled by RamonasResources.com.  If the client needs to cancel a service then a 48 hour notice must be given to issued a credit for that service.  No shows and cancellations without the 48 hour notice will not be credited or refunded except when cancelled by ramonasresources.com.  Cancelled services will not be automatically rescheduled.  The client will be notified of the cancellation and the client will have to re-book the service.
